I am trying to use mph (a minimal perfect hashing system,) as I have
an idea for cracking the million-random-number file problem, ie.,
reducing the size.
I have not got something ready to go, but I am trying a little
something. Anyway, right now I am stuck.
The mph materials suggest using 'emitc'; and where-oh-where do I find
a copy of this.
I can hack the mph code if I have to, but I just have a possible flash
of an idea and want to try something.
I've done a google search on 'emitc' and found something else (neat
program but no cigar.)
