Do you mean referential integrity?  You'll need all_cons_columns and
all_constraints.  It involves some complicated joining, and use of both
the constraint_name and r_constraint_name fields of all_constraints.

If you do this a lot, you might want to make a view of it.

Maybe there's an easier way - I'd like to hear from anybody who knows
it.
