There's a table where colspan and rowspan abound.
I need to highlight a "visual" row with a border. I want a single
rectangle but because of the col/rowspan I'm getting "stepped" shapes.
I tried using nth-child to control which borders are shown but I still
end up with half a border midway up.
How can I get a single rectangle around what is visually a single row
but actually a combination of rows knitted together with col/rowspan?
