I am running Windows 98 SE and Sygate Personal fire wall & Fsecure
I ran a test on Syagate website and it said that all ports were
I then went to grc.com and used Sheilds up tool and it found port 1026
open and said this was a calender access protocol.
The message when the port was probed was 'Port Authority Database
Calender Access Protocol
Microsoft operating systems tend to allocate one or more unsuspected,
publicly exposed services (probably DCOM, but who knows) among the
first handful of ports immediately above the end of the service port
Any ideas on how to close this port?
